Suggest a feature

May be its a bug, you can look into. When I am composing a message and the other person replies, then my message immediately gets wiped out and I have to start afresh. It should allow me to keep typing, like in all chat options...Otherwise, a great product

Right now it is easy to miss incoming messages and new chats from Whatsapp when you're switched to other tabs

When I select "Collapse All", I want to see all my timeline's dates at once (with scrolling if required of course) and not paginated with 3 dates (or even 1 date, depending on number of daily messages) and a lot of free screen space per page. I understand that this behavior is caused by decision to show 100 messages per page. My suggestion would be not to use pagination at all and load content dynamically with scrolling if required.

Email can be sensitive data. I cannot use this system unless I have the ability to delete timelines either active or after archived. I need to be able to have full control what data stays in this system.

When your email or WhatsApp message has an attachment (especially image), I want to see image preview on timeline. It's extremely useful for WhatsApp messages because all sent images will have the same name

It would be great to assign managers for Timelines to see who manages what project or client. Another take is to assign some icons for client profiles to easily distinguish Timelines visually: what Timeline indicates the discussion with what client, etc. I think this feature must come along paired with setting tasks and notifications for teammates.

A user will be able to get notifications when background events happen, for example: when another user or guests accepts / rejects invitation to a timeline, or new timeline or workspace is shared with the current user. There will be an icon with a number of new notifications, that will open a list of notifications. Each item in the list will contain description of the notification and, optionally, will take the user to the relevant page in the system, where an action can be done on notification. Notifications can be dismissed: some notifications will be dismissed by just viewing them, others will require some action to be taken.

This should be available to owner only and both in the unsorted inbox and in timeline.. Emails are more than often filled with repeated signatures, quotes and other artifact... We need some way to manually remove those in order to reach an efficient big picture view of a project's past and future conversation

Tags are meant to provide means to categorize messages in a flexible way, so that it will be easier to filter only messages of certain type. Tags can be defined on the fly, and later assigned different colors, so stand out in a timeline view.
