Matan Edvy in one of our next releases, we'll allow to archive chats that are no longer syncing (because of disconnected account). But what's better, we've improved re-connect, so if you disconnect a whatsapp account and then connect again, it will recognize the previously imported chats and use them, instead of duplicating.
